Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can change plans at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth or storage limits?
We will notify you as you approach your limits. Overages are billed at competitive per-GB rates, so your viewers are never interrupted. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to avoid overage charges.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial so you can experience the full feature set before committing. No credit card required.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Paying annually saves you 20% compared to monthly billing on both the Starter and Pro plans. Enterprise pricing is negotiated individually.
